Coming Soon: Stone Arch

Stone Arch 1

Minnesota is fast becoming the Land of 10,000 Brews. There are more than 110 licensed breweries in the state, up from just five a decade ago. Stone Arch, a Minnesota craft-beer restaurant, which will be located in the Airport Mall near the entrance to Concourse F (in the former Chili’s space), aims to celebrate the state’s robust brewing industry.

Through a partnership with the Minnesota Craft Brewers Guild, the venue will showcase a wide variety of the state’s beers—both on tap and bottled. It will receive newly released and limited beers before wide distribution, and, in some cases, Stone Arch will be the only place to try a new beer outside of its home brewery. In the Stone Arch Craft Lab, “a bar within the bar,” guests can enjoy beer tastings and classes hosted by brew masters and craft experts from around the state.

While the beer list will take center stage, the food menu stands on its own with made-from-scratch dishes, using locally-sourced and sustainable ingredients. The accompanying Craft Market will sell fresh-made sandwiches, salads and healthy snacks for travelers on the go, as well as retail merchandise from the Minnesota breweries represented in the bar. Stone Arch is expected to open summer 2016.

MSP is undergoing a top-to-bottom refresh between now and 2018. Nearly everything, from our Ticketing Lobby and Baggage Claim to our shops, restaurants and restrooms, will undergo renovations. Follow FLY to stay up on all the action!
